Although these apps are advertised to be for meditation and mindfulness, like I have said in other blog posts of mine, both concepts are similar to manifestation and can be used the same way. Manifestation and making mood boards can help to reduce stress, by allowing us to plan out our lives and not worry about what we'll do next, or if we have what it takes to do so. Being organized, driven, and confident that you will achieve your goals will keep you focused and satisfied. So, when you are about to meditate because you feel stressed out or feel you need to hone in your focus on your goals, use that time and these apps to manifest, and I know you will feel better. I have used Headspace, one of the apps recommended in this article, myself after my counselor recommended it to me after suffering from panic attacks due to the stress of school and work, and I used the app to help me stay focused and remind me of my goals and I haven't had a panic attack since. I also recommended the Waking Up app that is not mentioned in this article. This app was required to sign up for by my personal health professor, and the mini podcasts by the creator are a source everyone should listen to. They talk about being content, having faith in yourself, and knowing life is a lot of work but that it is not worth worrying about because in the end, you always got yourself to support you. I highly recommend listening to those streams while making mood boards.

I love how this article shows how much meditation can help anyone control their feelings and anxiety.
